Join a dynamic company in the Insurance / Brokerage sector as an Insurance Agency Manager. Located in the heart of Kénitra, your mission will be to lead and develop a local agency, ensuring excellent service to our clients.

Your main goals will be to guarantee the commercial performance of the agency, optimize its profitability, and strengthen its presence in the local market. You will also ensure the development of your teams' skills and the continuous satisfaction of our policyholders.

Your responsibilities will include the operational and financial management of the agency, the development of a client portfolio, the management of a commercial and administrative team, and the implementation of innovative commercial strategies. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Lead and manage sales teams.
• Develop and retain local clientele.
• Analyze performance indicators and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure the quality of customer service.

Required profile :

A degree of level Bachelor's +4 is required, ideally in Insurance professions or a related field.

Proven experience of 20 years in the insurance sector is essential, with significant experience in management and agency management roles.
