Your main mission will be to lead and develop the agency's business, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for commercial and managerial performance, while ensuring compliance with internal standards and procedures.

Your responsibilities will cover a wide range of activities, from commercial strategy to team management:

• Define and implement the agency's commercial policy to achieve set goals.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and administrative team.
• Develop and retain a portfolio of individual and professional clients.
• Monitor competition and analyze the market to identify new opportunities.
• Manage agency activity reporting and propose corrective action plans.
• Ensure the quality of customer service and the compliance of operations.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required, ideally with a specialization in Insurance professions.

Significant experience of 20 years in the insurance field is essential. This experience should demonstrate your ability to manage a team and develop commercial activity.
