Join a dynamic company in the insurance and brokerage sector as an Insurance Agency Manager. Based in the city of Rabat, this opportunity places you at the heart of commercial development strategy and the management of a dedicated team.

Your main mission will be to lead the agency's activity, ensure customer satisfaction, and maximize performance in a challenging competitive environment.

Your objectives will be to develop the agency's client portfolio, meet and exceed set revenue targets, guarantee impeccable service quality, and manage a high-performing and motivated team. You will actively contribute to the expansion of the company's reputation in the region.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing all agency operations, from commercial management to administrative management. You will be asked to:

• Lead, coach, and develop the skills of your sales team.
• Implement and monitor sales actions to achieve objectives.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and current regulations.
• Manage relationships with insurance partners.
• Analyze performance indicators and suggest areas for improvement.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Required profile :

Your academic background should be at least a Master's degree (Bac +4), ideally in Insurance or insurance-related fields.

20 years of experience is required in the insurance sector, with proven expertise in managing a profit center or an agency.
