Job :

Join a dynamic company in the Insurance / Brokerage sector as an INSURANCE AGENCY MANAGER. This strategic position is based in Salé. Your main mission will be to lead and develop the commercial activity of the agency while ensuring effective team management.

Your main objectives will include meeting and exceeding revenue targets, developing a loyal and profitable customer portfolio, and increasing the agency's visibility in its local market. It will also be about ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a high level of expertise among the teams.

Your daily responsibilities will cover a wide range of activities:

  • Leading the agency's commercial activity and implementing development strategies.
  • Managing, training, and supporting a team of advisors.
  • Managing customer relations and developing a portfolio of prospects and clients.
  • Analyzing customer needs and proposing suitable insurance solutions.
  • Monitoring performance indicators and regular reporting to management.
  • Monitoring the competition and identifying market opportunities.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to internal procedures.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required, ideally with a specialization in Insurance professions.

Significant experience of 5 to 10 years in the insurance sector, ideally with managerial responsibilities or team management, is strongly expected. In-depth knowledge of the local market will be a major asset.
