Are you ready to take on a leadership role in the dynamic world of insurance? We are looking for an INSURANCE AGENCY MANAGER to join our team in Salé. This is a unique opportunity to steer a branch within the Insurance / Brokerage sector and make a significant impact.
Your primary goal will be to ensure the profitability and growth of the agency, foster strong client relationships, and lead your team to achieve ambitious targets. You will be the driving force behind operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will span various crucial areas:
- Overseeing all agency operations, from sales and marketing to client service and claims management.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Managing and motivating a team of insurance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and identifying new business opportunities.
Required profile :
A university degree at Master's degree level (Bac +4) is required, ideally with a specialization in Insurance professions.
A minimum of 20 years of experience in the insurance sector is essential, with proven experience in management or leadership roles.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of the insurance market and products.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

- Fluency in French is essential.
