Join a dynamic company in the Insurance / Brokerage sector as an INSURANCE AGENCY MANAGER in Tangier. Your role will be central to the success and development of our agency.
Actively contribute to the agency's revenue growth through effective management and an adapted commercial strategy. Develop and retain a diverse clientele while ensuring irreproachable quality of service.
Lead and motivate a team to achieve set goals. Implement targeted commercial actions and develop the client portfolio. Ensure client file follow-up and guarantee their satisfaction. Oversee the administrative and financial management of the agency.
- Market analysis and proposal of new offers.
- Establishment of strategic partnerships.
- Continuous training of the team on products and sales techniques.
Required profile :
Your academic background ideally includes a Master's degree (Bac +4), with a specialization in Insurance professions.
A solid experience of 10 to 20 years in the insurance sector is required, ideally gained in management or commercial development roles.
With a keen sense for business and negotiation, you possess excellent team management and leadership skills. Your in-depth knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques will be a major asset.
