Job :
Operational management of the agency:
Supervise the daily activity of the agency and ensure its smooth operation.
Ensure the availability, cleanliness, and compliance of vehicles for rent.
Monitor bookings, rental agreements, and payments.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.
Commercial development:
Develop the agency's turnover.
Carry out local prospecting with hotels, travel agencies, companies, tourism operators, and partners.
Monitor sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction objectives.
Ensure the correct application of rates, promotions, and commercial conditions.
Team management:
Supervise counter agents, drivers, and other staff assigned to the agency.
Organize schedules and distribute tasks.
Train teams on procedures, tools, and service standards.
Ensure discipline, punctuality, and quality of reception.
Required profile :
Profile:
Associate's degree (Bac+2) to Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) in management, commerce, administration, tourism, logistics, or equivalent.
Proven experience in car rental, agency management, customer relations, and team management.
Experience in an airport or tourism-related environment is highly desirable.
Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and business development;
Availability and flexible working hours, especially during peak periods.
