Job :
Manage and develop a portfolio of business and/or individual clients.
Analyze client needs and propose suitable insurance solutions.
Negotiate coverage terms with insurance companies.
Ensure follow-up of contracts, renewals, and amendments.
Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain awareness of regulatory and commercial changes to offer the best market solutions
Required profile :
Higher education BAC+5 in insurance
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in insurance brokerage or within an insurance company.
Ideally, experience in a consulting firm
Excellent knowledge of insurance products (property, health, life, depending on the role).
Mastery of portfolio management, negotiation, and client retention techniques.
Good analytical, organizational, and priority management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and ability to work in a team.
Bilingual: French and English
