Job :

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of business and/or individual clients.
  • Analyze client needs and propose suitable insurance solutions.
  • Negotiate coverage terms with insurance companies.
  • Ensure follow-up of contracts, renewals, and amendments.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain awareness of regulatory and commercial changes to offer the best market solutions

Required profile :

  • Higher education BAC+5 in insurance
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in insurance brokerage or within an insurance company.
  • Ideally, experience in a consulting firm
  • Excellent knowledge of insurance products (property, health, life, depending on the role).
  • Mastery of portfolio management, negotiation, and client retention techniques.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and priority management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and ability to work in a team.
  • Bilingual: French and English
