Job :

We are looking for a Payroll Manager to join our team. They will be responsible for managing the payroll of our temporary staff. You will ensure the reliability, compliance, and efficiency of payroll processes, while playing a key role in optimizing and harmonizing our practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all payroll operations for our temporary workers, from data collection to issuing payslips.
  • Ensure the accuracy of calculations (salaries, overtime, bonuses, allowances, etc.) in compliance with collective agreements and contractual terms.
  • Ensure compliance with Moroccan legal obligations, particularly regarding taxation, social security, and labor law.
  • Manage and submit tax and social declarations to the relevant authorities.
  • Be the main point of contact for temporary workers and employees regarding payroll issues, ensuring prompt and efficient follow-up.
  • Lead continuous improvement of payroll tools and processes, actively participating in optimizing our payroll information system (Sage).
  • Prepare analytical reports for management to track key indicators related to payroll and labor costs.
  • Supervise and train payroll team members to ensure skill development and efficient management.
  • Collaborate with HR and sales teams to align payroll practices with our operational processes and client expectations.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

  • Significant experience in a similar role, ideally in the temporary staffing or employment sector.
  • Excellent command of Moroccan legislation regarding payroll, social security, and taxation.
  • Solid experience with payroll management tools, ideally SAGE.
  • Ability to work under pressure while meeting strict deadlines and ensuring high accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and a strong sense of confidentiality.
