We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our teams. This is a unique opportunity to use your technical and managerial expertise in a stimulating environment.

The main goal of this position is to ensure the smooth operation, performance, and safety of the industrial site. This involves optimal management of human, material, and financial resources, while ensuring the achievement of production and quality objectives.

Your missions will focus on several strategic areas:

• Lead and coordinate all multi-technical maintenance activities (HVAC, electricity, plumbing, low-current systems, site technical equipment)
• Ensure operational management of a team of 10 technicians: planning, motivation, skills development
• Supervise the execution of the preventive and corrective maintenance plan using CMMS
• Prepare quotes for small additional works.
• Guarantee the availability, safety, and compliance of technical facilities
• Be the main point of contact for the client on-site: relationship management, complaint handling, adherence to contractual commitments
• Produce activity reports (technical, financial, KPI) for management and the client
• Ensure compliance with QHSE procedures and regulatory conformity of facilities
 

Required profile :

For this role, a degree level of Bachelor's to Master's degree is required, ideally in Facility Management.

Experience is an essential criterion for this position. We are looking for someone with a solid experience of 5 to 10 years in managing industrial sites, with a deep understanding of operational challenges.

Beyond your education and professional background, we are looking for a leader capable of:

• Proficiency in CMMS tools (Computer-Assisted Maintenance Management)
• Solid knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance techniques
• Ability to prepare and negotiate work quotes
• Managerial skills: organization, team leadership, schedule management
• Customer relationship skills and ability to manage priorities and emergencies
• Proficiency in reporting tools and good written communication skills
• Rigor, reactivity, and sense of responsibility
 

An ability to solve complex problems and adaptability will also be major assets for success in this role.
