Head of Legal Department - Casablanca

Job :

Reporting to the Deputy General Manager in charge of the Support Pole, your main responsibilities will include:
- Legal advice
- Participating in the design and implementation of the legal compliance control system within Finéa;
- Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and the related legal framework;
- Advising and supporting the General Management from a legal standpoint to inform their decision-making process;
- Controlling and ensuring the regularity of the company's legal documents and ensuring the drafting of legal documents;
- Preparing correspondence and legal responses;
- Providing legal assistance to all Finéa entities and proposing alternative legal solution scenarios;
- Ensuring legal watch and collecting legal information related to Finéa and its activities;
- Liaising with the legal department's service providers (law firms, notaries, real estate experts, etc.) and ensuring their annual evaluation.
- Contracting
- Ensuring the compliance of legal documents provided by the client;
- Controlling, verifying, and finally validating credit contracts and guarantees received;
- Ensuring the establishment and compliance of the various guarantees received by Finéa, as well as their renewal;
- Ensuring the preparation of reports;
- Managing the administrative aspects of the Allocation Committee.

Required profile :

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Law;
• More than 7 years of experience, including at least 3 years in legal advisory, ideally in the banking sector.
