Join our dynamic company specializing in Distribution and take the lead of our regional warehouse in Khénifra as the Regional Warehouse Manager. This is a unique opportunity to use your expertise and actively contribute to our success in a key role.
Your main goals will be to ensure flawless operational management of the warehouse, optimize goods flow, and guarantee customer satisfaction through rigorous organization. You will be responsible for the performance and efficiency of the logistics operations under your management.
Your daily tasks will include:
Main Mission:
The Regional Warehouse Manager ensures the management and oversight of all logistics operations
at the regional level, guaranteeing product availability, order delivery, and
stock management.
Main Responsibilities:
• Logistics Flow Management
Plan and coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution flows
Organize distribution to points of sale and partners (clients)
Track order delivery with the delivery person
• Stock Management
Supervise physical and computer inventory counts
Ensure the accuracy of stock data
Prepare orders with the help of the assistant.
Track order delivery with the delivery person
Ensure that cash agencies are supplied by delivery personnel.
Meet the needs of agencies in the region
Ensure stock coverage and avoid shortages.
Respect the dispatch/delivery schedule
• Continuous Improvement & Standards Compliance
Maintain the proper functioning of work tools.
Ensure procedures are followed
Manage cash payments and closing,
Enter reliable data into the information system,
Profile Sought:
Education
• Associate's degree / Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, management, or equivalent
Experience
• Proven experience
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in logistics management tools and ERP systems
• Good knowledge of supply chain flows
