A large leading company in its sector is recruiting a Human Resources Manager (M/F).
Reporting to Management, your main mission is to ensure the organization and administrative management of staff.
In this context, you will be responsible for:
• Managing staff administration (contracts, time management, social and legal obligations) and payroll management.
• Ensuring the company's policy and procedures comply with legal requirements.
• Defining a human resources policy in line with the company's functional requirements: needs analysis, recruitment actions, new employee integration follow-up, etc.,
• Gathering training needs from operational staff, defining and implementing the training policy.
• Managing relationships with various social and tax authorities,
• Contributing to maintaining a good social climate.
