A leading company in its sector is recruiting a Human Resources Manager (H/F).
Job :
Attached to the Management, your main mission is to ensure the organization and administrative management of staff.
In this context, you will have to :
• Lead staff administration (contracts, time management, social and legal obligations) and payroll management.
• Ensure the company's policy and procedures comply with legal provisions.
• Define a human resources policy in line with the company's functional requirements: needs analysis, recruitment actions, integration of employees, etc.,
• Collect training needs from operational staff, define and implement the training policy.
• Ensure relations with various social and tax organizations,
• Contribute to maintaining a good social climate.
Required profile :
- With a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher, you have experience in a similar role.
- You speak Arabic and French fluently, you are available, rigorous, and a good listener.
