As the Nursing Care Manager, your main mission will be to ensure the quality and safety of care provided within our establishment. You will lead the care teams, ensure optimal resource management, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of professional practices. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Your responsibilities will focus on several major areas:

• Supervise and coordinate all nursing care activities.
• Manage, train, and motivate teams of nurses and nursing assistants.
• Develop and implement care protocols in collaboration with the medical management.
• Manage schedules, staffing, and material needs.
• Ensure the monitoring of quality and performance indicators for care services.
• Participate in risk management and the prevention of hospital-acquired infections.
• Be the guarantor of patient and family satisfaction.

Required profile :

To be considered for this responsible position, a Bac +2 level of education is required.

With significant experience of 10 to 20 years in nursing care, you have demonstrated your managerial and organizational skills. Previous experience as a Department Manager or a similar leadership role would be a major asset.
