Information Systems Manager (ISM) - Casablanca

Job :

As part of our development, we are currently looking for an Information Systems Manager.

The position reports directly to the General Management.

Here are the main tasks: 

• Management of the Sage ERP Line 100 for Sales, Accounting, and Payment Methods (Installation, configuration, and knowledge of the database structure)
• Administration of the SQL server and databases
• Ensure reporting on Crystal Report, Ms-Excel, and SQL queries (Mastery of SQL functions)
• Administration of the Microsoft Office 365 solution (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Administration of Windows Network services (Authentication, access rights, and File Sharing)
• Management of heterogeneous IT equipment (Server, computer, telephony, printers, access point, mobile terminals, switch, firewall, router, fiber optic link, surveillance camera, DVR)
• Administer and ensure backups of databases and user workstations (Mastery of NAS backup systems)
• Assistance and technical support to users (hardware and software, and mastery of Ms Office tools)
• Administration of Cyber Security tools (Firewall, Antivirus, Spam, Phishing, mastery of Cyber Security basics is fundamental)
• Administration of the video surveillance system
• Manage service providers (video surveillance, printers...)
• Prevent anomalies and breakdowns
• Ensure the proper functioning of information systems
• Administer the company's online stores (security, updates, administration...)
• Ensure technological watch to detect new technical possibilities and identify technological risks and opportunities.
• Define and implement processes and procedures related to the job with the collaboration of department managers

Required profile :

With at least a BAC +5 degree in the field, the candidate masters the following skills:

Technical skills:

• Master all the tools described in the various missions: Sage ERP, SQL, Crystal Report, Microsoft Office 365, IT equipment management, Cyber security...

Languages:

• Arabic and French: perfect mastery in speaking and writing
• English: Good knowledge
