Job :

  • Supervise the marketing of vehicles in accordance with the manufacturer's and Group's standards.
  • Lead the commercial performance of the team and ensure sales objectives are met.
  • Communicate the entity's objectives to sales advisors and monitor their achievement.
  • Manage, support, and evaluate sales advisors (training, coaching, performance and skills monitoring).
  • Monitor performance indicators and implement necessary actions to improve results.
  • Ensure good showroom management and compliance with presentation, cleanliness, and POS standards.
  • Ensure the quality of customer reception and experience to guarantee their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction survey results and define appropriate improvement actions in consultation with the subsidiary.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial procedures, manufacturer standards, and Group policies.
  • Provide regular reporting on commercial activity to management.

Required profile :

With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector. With excellent commercial acumen and strong management skills, you are results-oriented and have a sense for customer relations.
