As part of the development of our continuing education activities and the strengthening of our relationships with companies, we are recruiting a Head of Development, Continuing Education and Business Relations - Casa Campus

Main missions:

1. Commercial Development and Activity Development (Priority Mission)

  • Develop continuing education activities to achieve revenue, participant recruitment, and program growth objectives.
  • Define, implement, and manage commercial and marketing actions (BtoB & BtoC) in coordination with the relevant teams.
  • Ensure multi-channel commercial prospecting (phone, email, events, professional networks, partnerships, etc.) and develop a portfolio of prospects and companies.
  • Manage the entire commercial cycle: lead qualification, follow-ups, appointments, negotiation, conversion, contracting, registrations, invoicing, and payment tracking.
  • Ensure commercial follow-ups and debt collection in collaboration with the relevant departments.
  • Develop and retain relationships with partner companies, identify new opportunities, and contribute to the development of new programs.
  • Manage commercial dashboards, monitor KPIs (leads, conversion rates, revenue, participants, payments, satisfaction, etc.), and implement necessary corrective actions.
  • Conduct market research to adapt the offering and strengthen the positioning of Continuing Education.

2. Management of Continuing Education Programs

  • Ensure the pedagogical and administrative coordination of programs, from registration to graduation.
  • Plan training sessions, coordinate instructors, and ensure the smooth running of classes.
  • Supervise exams, defenses, grades, certifications, and graduation processes.
  • Ensure the quality of the participant experience and monitor the careers of graduates.

3. Quality, Accreditations, and Continuous Improvement

  • Supervise syllabus management and ensure program compliance with academic standards.
  • Participate in accreditation processes (AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA) and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Implement and monitor dashboards as well as academic, commercial, and operational performance indicators.

4. Business Relations, Events, and Institutional Coordination

  • Develop relationships with companies, partners, and Alumni to strengthen the Executive ecosystem.
  • Organize events, conferences, ceremonies, and Study Trips, and support participants during international mobility.
  • Ensure coordination with the Rabat campus, participate in institutional meetings, and ensure alignment with the Rabat Business School strategy.

Operational Skills

  • Excellent skills in prospecting, negotiation, sales management, and partnership development
  • Proficiency in office tools, CRM, and information systems
  • Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken

Profile

Master's degree (Bac+5) in Management, Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent field
Proven experience in business development, client relations, and/or continuing education
