ORH Assessment, a subsidiary of the LMS ORH group, is a recruitment consulting firm that also offers Assessment services and manages the organization of competitions for large public and private companies.

As part of the structuring and development of its HR policy, our client is looking for an HR Development & Training Manager, responsible for piloting the creation and deployment of an internal academy.


Job :

HR Development & Training:

  • Define and manage the skills development strategy
  • Develop and implement the annual training plan
  • Manage relationships with external training organizations and partners
  • Implement training evaluation and monitoring tools
  • Support career management and internal mobility
  • Identify high potentials and support succession plans

Internal Academy Creation & Management:

  • Design and structure the internal academy from scratch (governance, organization, resources)
  • Develop customized educational programs adapted to the company's businesses
  • Implement training pathways: in-person, e-learning, practical workshops
  • Build partnerships with universities, business schools, and certifying bodies
  • Make the academy a vehicle for transmitting the institution's culture and values
  • Manage the academy's performance indicators and ensure reporting

Required profile :

  • Degree in HR, education sciences, management, or equivalent (Master's degree, Bac+5)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR development and/or training
  • Proven experience in creating or managing a company academy/university
  • Strong skills in educational engineering and project management
  • Good knowledge of talent management and workforce planning (GPEC)
  • Leadership, creativity, organizational skills, and initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
