A leading company in its sector is strengthening its team and is recruiting an Operations Manager.
Job :
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations.
- Ensure the smooth running of truck loading and compliance with internal procedures.
- Oversee fuel stock levels.
- Monitor performance indicators and provide regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of operational processes.
- Manage incidents and propose corrective actions.
Required profile :
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in management, logistics, management, or a similar field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the fuel, distribution, or logistics sector.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Organized, rigorous, and responsive.
- Good command of management and reporting tools.
