Job :

Join a dynamic company in the Furniture Manufacturing, space fitting, interior design, and custom furniture sector (residential, offices, hotels, etc.). The company is also present in the manufacturing of metal furniture and furnishing products. as an Operations Manager. Based in Casablanca, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing operations.

Your mission will be to ensure operational excellence, lead teams, and actively contribute to the company's development strategy. You will be responsible for the performance and profitability of the activities under your responsibility.

Your responsibilities will include supervising operations teams, developing and monitoring budgets, implementing performance indicators, optimizing processes, and managing relationships with partners. You will also ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

More specifically, you will be led to:

• Supervise and coordinate various operational activities.
• Implement and monitor action plans to achieve set objectives.
• Manage human, material, and financial resources allocated to operations.
• Identify and propose continuous improvements to optimize efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure smooth communication between different departments and management.

Required profile :

A solid academic background at Master's degree level (Bac +5) or higher is required.

Significant experience of 10 to 20 years in operations or operational management roles is essential. Proven experience in managing teams and large-scale projects will be a major asset.
