As part of the development of its activities, MEGAFLEX, a subsidiary of Dislog Medical Devices, is recruiting a Sales Force Manager to lead, motivate, and develop its national sales team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing the commercial strategy, achieving sales targets, and developing the presence of our products among health professionals and partners in the medical sector.
Your main responsibilities:
Motivate, supervise, and support the sales team in achieving set objectives;
Ensure rigorous application of the commercial policy defined by Management;
Ensure optimal coverage of the sales territory by effectively organizing sectors and customer portfolios;
Monitor the team's sales performance through relevant indicators and implement necessary corrective actions;
Accompany sales representatives in the field to advise, train, and strengthen their skills;
Organize and coordinate prospecting, customer loyalty, and customer portfolio development activities;
Ensure the launch and promotion of the company's new products and solutions;
Regularly inform the team about market developments, sector trends, and competitor actions;
Identify new business development opportunities and actively participate in acquiring new clients;
Participate in the development of sales forecasts and commercial action plans;
Ensure customer satisfaction and the quality of commercial relationships;
Provide regular reporting to Management on commercial activity and results obtained.
Required profile :
Education:
Degree (Bac+4/5) in Commerce, Marketing, Management, or equivalent field.
Additional training in the health or medical device sector is a plus.
Experience:
Proven experience in sales and managing sales teams;
Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar role;
Experience in the medical device, diagnostics, or health sector is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques;
Management and animation of sales teams;
Analysis of performance indicators and results management;
Knowledge of the health and medical device market;
Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools.
