This center of excellence will offer around forty medical and surgical specialties, equipped with a latest-generation biomedical platform. Job :

Operational Management of Ongoing Training (The "Run") Annual Training Plan (ATP):
 

• Ensure business continuity by gathering urgent and regulatory needs from the hospital's departments.
• Financial optimization: Lead financing engineering so that costs related to the creation and initial training of the Academy are optimally integrated into reimbursement schemes (CSF and GIAC in Morocco).
• Ongoing logistics: Supervise the deployment of mandatory training related to patient safety and hospital protocols in collaboration with each department.

Project Phase: Design and Structuring of the Academy (Priority for Year 1 & 2):

• Feasibility study and Business Plan: Participate in defining the Academy's model (internal vs. external targets, pricing, academic partnerships).
• Training offer engineering: Map the key expertise of the university hospital to design the first courses (centers of excellence in nursing, emergencies, hospital management, etc.).
• Setting up educational infrastructure: Write the specifications and lead the selection/deployment of the future digital platform (LMS / E-learning).
• Collaborate on the setup of dedicated physical spaces (classrooms, medical simulation labs).
• Recruitment of "Pioneers": Identify, persuade, and unite the first circle of internal trainers (Professors, Doctors, Health Managers) and formalize their status within the project.
• Legal and regulatory engineering: Prepare program accreditation files and structure partnership agreements (faculties, ministries, EdTech partners).

Training Management and Monitoring

• Ensure administrative follow-up of training activities: registrations, invitations, attendance, certificates, archiving, and updating training records.
• Coordinate communication with employees, managers, trainers, and external organizations to ensure smooth training delivery.
• Participate in the selection and monitoring of training providers and stay updated on market offerings.
• Organize "warm-up" and follow-up evaluations, analyze participant satisfaction, and propose necessary improvement actions.

Reporting and Continuous Improvement

• Implement and monitor training indicators and prepare dashboards and periodic reports for Management.
• Participate in monitoring the training budget and preparing necessary documents for audits.
• Ensure traceability and compliance of training files.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of training management processes and tools.

Required profile :

• University degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources Management, Training Engineering, or Project Management.
• Proven professional experience of at least five (5) years in a similar role.
• Proficiency in scoping, planning (Gantt, milestones), risk management, and budget monitoring tools.
• Ability to structure skills frameworks and design a comprehensive training architecture.
• Analytical and organizational skills: Ability to manage daily training operations while advancing on the Academy's strategic deliverables.
• Creativity, proactivity, and ability to innovate in a dynamic environment.
