The Rabat International University Hospital (HUIR), affiliated with the International University of Rabat (UIR), is a new hospital-university center that will soon open its doors. This center of excellence will offer around forty medical and surgical specialties, equipped with a latest-generation biomedical platform. With a capacity of 530 beds and places, this futuristic hospital represents an investment of approximately 2 billion dirhams and will eventually employ over 1,200 staff members.

The Front Office Manager (M/F) is responsible for overseeing all administrative activities related to patient reception, management of coverage by payers, and billing for healthcare services. He/She ensures the quality, reliability, and compliance of administrative and financial operations throughout the patient's journey.
Responsibilities:
Admissions Management
Coverage Management
Supervise the processing of coverage requests from payers (insurers, mutual funds, agreements, companies, etc.).
Ensure necessary approvals are obtained within the required deadlines.
Verify the compliance of guarantees and coverages provided.
Follow up on files awaiting validation or additional information.
Collaborate with partner organizations to resolve disputes or discrepancies.
Billing Management
Management and Organization
Control and Continuous Improvement
Bachelor's degree (Bac +4) to Master's degree (Bac +5) in financial or accounting management.
Significant experience (10 years or more) in hospital billing.
Previous experience in a hospital project context is a major asset.
Additional training in hospital management, insurance management, or medical billing is an asset.
Proficiency in hospital management software and billing systems.
Knowledge of social security, health insurance, and mutual fund regulations and standards.
Competence in using office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
Rigor, precision, and ability to manage and work in a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational skills, autonomy, and stress management.
Good listening skills and responsiveness to the needs of patients and external partners.
