The branch group manager supports the implementation and development of Arrawaj's activity within their branch group area. They report to the Regional Director.
To this end, they assume the following missions:
1. Participate in strategy development and its translation into action plans, and ensure their implementation
2. Ensure the development of Financial Inclusion activities, according to set objectives
3. Ensure the preservation and development of Arrawaj's assets
4. Develop and preserve the Arrawaj Brand within its area
5. Ensure optimal and sustainable management of the resources of their branch group
6. Ensure compliance with Arrawaj's current procedures and processes,
7. Act as a liaison between their branch group and the regional management
- Master's degree (Bac + 4) or higher in Financial Management, Economics, or Business;
- 5 years of professional experience in the micro-credit sector or similar, including 2 years of successful experience in managing branches in micro-credit or retail;
- You have strong team management and leadership skills;
- You are dynamic and detail-oriented;
- You have strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication abilities.
