The branch group manager supports the implementation and development of the organization's activity within their branch group's area. They work under the responsibility of the Regional Director.
To this end, they assume the following missions:
1. Participate in strategy development and its translation into action plans, and ensure their implementation.
2. Ensure the development of Financial Activities, according to the set objectives.
3. Ensure the preservation and development of the organization's assets.
4. Develop and preserve the Brand within their area.
5. Ensure optimal and sustainable management of the resources of their branch group.
6. Ensure compliance with current procedures and processes.
7. Act as a link between their branch group and the regional management.
