Job :

We are looking for a dynamic, competent, and highly professional Logistics Manager (M/F) to join the Technical and General Means Department at UIR Hospital.
Your main tasks will revolve around the following areas:

Strategic Logistics Management

• Define and deploy the site's logistics strategy
• Manage the overall performance of the logistics chain
• Structure and optimize flows (supply, storage, distribution)
• Establish a logistics organization adapted to hospital activity
• Ensure coordination with user departments (needs, priorities)

Inventory and Procurement Management

• Define inventory management policies (thresholds, safety, turnover)
• Supervise procurement in coordination with the Purchasing department
• Validate the conformity of delivery notes and ensure compliance with supplier commitments
• Manage supplier relationships and intervene in case of disputes or significant delays
• Track the overall status of orders and supplies through the CMMS management system
• Ensure the continuity of supplies in a 24/7 operation
• Manage emergency logistics situations (crises, shortages, incidents)

Inventory Organization and Control

• Plan and supervise periodic inventories
• Validate inventory reports prepared by logistics staff

Performance Management and Continuous Improvement

• Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs)
• Analyze consumption and optimize logistics costs
• Identify areas for improvement and manage action plans
• Participate in the digitalization of logistics processes

Team Management

• Supervise and organize the work of logistics teams
• Develop skills and ensure performance improvement
• Instill a culture of rigor, service, and responsiveness

Required profile :

• Master's degree (Bac +5) or equivalent in Logistics
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or a similar role
• Proficiency in logistics systems (CMMS, ERP)
• Management of complex logistics flows
• Data analysis and performance-driven management
• Knowledge of hospital sector constraints
• Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and quality standards
• Anticipation and prioritization skills
