Job :

We are hiring a Logistics Manager for the medical equipment depot in Bouznika:

• Logistics supervision and coordination
• Development of logistics strategies: receiving, storage, preparation, distribution.
• Daily stock management. 
• Supervision of logistics flows.
• Monitoring and adherence to logistics procedures.
• Leading and motivating the team.
• Ensuring inventory accuracy. 
• Overseeing compliance with safety standards. 

Required profile :

Master's degree with a specialization in logistics or equivalent. 

Experience of at least five years in logistics management. 

Expertise in supply chain management, inventory, and logistics chain. 

Excellent leadership and team management skills. 

Excellent negotiation skills. 

Proficiency in logistics management systems and software. 

Effective conflict resolution skills. 

Experience in effective planning management. 

Basic knowledge of medical equipment strongly desirable. 

High sense of responsibility and confidentiality. 

Team spirit, organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy.
