Join our dynamic team in the Medical Equipment sector! We are looking for an Experienced Store Manager to take charge of our warehouse located in Abidjan. This is a unique opportunity to use your expertise and actively contribute to our growth.

Your role will be crucial in optimizing our stock management, ensuring product availability, and customer satisfaction. You will aim for operational excellence and store profitability.

Your main tasks will include:

• Supervising the reception, storage, and shipping of products.
• Rigorous inventory management to ensure stock accuracy.
• Managing a team to ensure the efficiency of daily operations.
• Implementing and monitoring safety and quality procedures.
• Optimizing logistics flows to reduce costs and lead times.
• Regular reporting of store performance indicators.

Required profile :

A degree level of Bac +3 (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree) is required, ideally in Sales, Commerce, or Export, to understand the challenges of our business.

Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role is essential. Knowledge of the medical equipment sector would be a plus.

We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, proven managerial skills, and great attention to detail. Your problem-solving ability and your capacity to work under pressure will be major assets. Good command of computer tools and stock management software is also expected.
