To maintain production equipment and factory facilities at a good level of availability and in good working order, within the framework of the elaborated and approved budget, and in accordance with the direction, the directives of the technical director, and the requirements of the QHSSE system.
- Ensure the management of Corrective and/or Preventive Maintenance in accordance with the company's requirements and the regulations for Hygiene, Quality, Safety, Health, Costs, Deadlines, and current regulatory requirements.
- Supervise the implementation of corrective and/or preventive and systematic maintenance plans.
- Supervise and manage the execution of corrective and/or preventive maintenance schedules,
- Distribute staff optimally and efficiently for the execution of the maintenance plan.
- Manage corrective maintenance (life cycle sheets, intervention requests DI, etc.)
- Manage spare parts from the warehouse in accordance with the procedure in force.
- Immediately and without delay alert the BTM/PDR/GMAO Manager of any deterioration or failure related to the spare parts drawn.
- Process repair, fabrication, or rectification requests in full agreement with the BTM/PDR/GMAO Manager.
- Implement the regulatory action plan and QHSSE actions in accordance with the schedule established by the BTM/PDR/GMAO Manager.
- Analyze the causes of problems and implement effective actions to eradicate them.
- Lead the versatility and training of the maintenance team.
- Prepare maintenance reporting and activity reports.
- Lead the action and improvement plan for new/used equipment.
- Deploy and operate the CMMS (corrective)
State engineer from a top engineering school, with 5 years or more of professional experience as a "Maintenance Manager", ideally in the Agri-food sector. This experience must demonstrate mastery of industrial maintenance techniques, proven ability to manage teams and lead projects. Knowledge of the agri-food sector and its standards is a definite plus.
