Vehicles Maintenance Manager - Fleet - Mohammédia

A leader in its sector, is recruiting a Vehicles Maintenance Manager in Mohammédia.

Job :

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Ensure and manage the preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet vehicles (trucks, tankers, etc.);
• Organize dispatching, follow-up, and control of different interventions (mechanical, electrical, welding, maintenance…);
• Monitor the availability of the transport fleet in real time;
• Manage the purchase of spare parts, tires, and supplies (supplier orders, invoice follow-up and payment);
• Define needs for spare parts and tires;
• Prepare purchase orders and delivery notes;
• Supervise and manage workshop staff (attendance, evaluations, recruitment, leave, etc.);
• Follow and analyze vehicle maintenance performance indicators.

Required profile :

• Hold a technical high school diploma, preferably, complemented by a Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree in Mechanics.
• 2 years of experience in a similar role or in maintenance management in a petroleum installation.
