Job :

Join our dynamic company, a major player in the Cleaning / Security / Concierge services sector, for the position of Cleaning Manager. This strategic role is based in the vibrant city of Casablanca. You will be at the heart of operations, ensuring the excellence and cleanliness of our sites.

The main goal of this position is to lead and optimize all cleaning-related activities. This involves ensuring an impeccable work environment that meets the strictest standards, while efficiently managing dedicated teams and resources.

Your responsibilities will include daily supervision of cleaning teams, defining intervention schedules, and quality control of services performed. You will also be in charge of managing stocks of products and equipment, implementing hygiene and safety protocols, and liaising with various internal departments. Part of your mission will be to develop action plans to continuously improve the cleanliness of the premises.


Required profile :

A degree level of Master's degree (Bac +5) and above is required for this position, ideally in fields such as service management, cleaning management, or a related field.

Solid professional experience, spanning a period of 5 to 10 years, is essential. This experience must have been acquired in the Courier / Security / Cleaning services sectors, giving you expert knowledge of the profession.
