We are recruiting for the health sector an experienced Payroll Manager.
Profile sought:
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent (Master's in HR preferred);
Minimum of 10 years of experience in payroll management;
Proficiency in Sage Payroll software;
Excellent knowledge of social legislation and labor law;
Rigor, discretion, and organizational skills;
Experience in the health sector is highly desired.
Required profile :
Main tasks:
Supervise and ensure payroll processing within deadlines;
Manage social declarations;
Ensure payroll practices comply with current regulations;
Produce HR reports and indicators related to payroll;
Support HR teams on issues related to compensation and personnel administration
