Production Manager - Casablanca

Join a dynamic company as a Production Manager. Based in Casablanca, you will be at the heart of operations, ensuring the excellence of our production.

Your role will be to optimize production processes, ensure product quality, and oversee operational safety while maintaining the highest maintenance standards. You will actively contribute to achieving our performance and innovation goals.

Your main tasks will include daily supervision of production teams, implementation of production plans, monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs), and resource management. You will also be responsible for analyzing non-conformities and proposing corrective and preventive actions.

Required profile :

To be considered for this position, a Master's degree (Bac +5 or higher) is required.

Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role is essential to succeed in this position.

We are looking for someone with strong production management skills. Your ability to manage teams, solve complex problems, and propose innovative solutions will be decisive. Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of organization are also expected.
