Job :

As part of strengthening our teams, we are recruiting a Head of Reception & Admissions to join our facility located in Bouskoura.

Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Department, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of patient reception and admission activities, while managing the dedicated team and ensuring a quality patient experience.

Your main responsibilities:

• Supervise and organize patient reception and admission activities.
• Lead, motivate, train, and support the Reception & Admissions team to ensure quality service.
• Ensure proper administrative management of admissions, compliance of patient records, and adherence to internal procedures.
• Monitor activity indicators and implement continuous improvement actions.
• Coordinate communication between medical, care, and administrative teams to ensure a smooth and efficient patient journey.
• Manage sensitive situations and complaints, and provide appropriate solutions in line with quality standards.
• Participate in optimizing reception, admission, billing, and patient care processes.
• Ensure compliance with current confidentiality, safety, and quality regulations.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in Management, Administration, or equivalent specialty.
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility.
• Excellent team management and organizational skills.
• Very good customer service, patient relations, and reception skills.
• Good command of computer tools and hospital management software.
• Rigorous, autonomous, reactive, discreet, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and work in a demanding environment.
