Job Description:

As the Human Resources Manager at LOGISOLUTIONS, you will be responsible for managing all activities related to human capital management under the supervision of the Management.You will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent, while ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to onboarding new employees, ensuring that staffing needs are met effectively and that new employees feel welcomed and prepared to contribute from the start.

Performance Management: Implement performance management processes to evaluate, develop, and reward employee performance, ensuring that individual and organizational goals are clear and aligned.

Employee Development: Design and implement skill development and continuous training programs to foster employees' professional growth, identifying training needs and encouraging continuous learning.

Employee Relations: Manage employee relations by providing support and advice on HR-related matters, handling grievances and conflicts fairly and confidentially, and fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment.

Human Resources Administration: Oversee all HR administrative activities, including employee file management, payroll, benefits, regulatory compliance, and documentation of HR policies and procedures.

Company Culture: Promote a positive and engaging company culture by organizing events, team-building activities, and initiatives aimed at improving employee well-being and strengthening their commitment to the company.
 

Required profile :

You hold a Master's degree (BAC+5) in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in a human resources management role, preferably with significant experience in an environment where you worked independently.In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations, as well as best practices in human resources.Advanced skills in communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal relationship management.Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to a fast-paced evolving environment.

You are motivated to participate in the development project of a growing player in logistics in Morocco.

The position, under a permanent contract (CDI), is based in the Ain Sebaa / Sidi Bernoussi industrial zone. It is to be filled as soon as possible.
