Do you want to join a major player in its sector? Our company, firmly established in Casablanca, opens its doors to you for a strategic position as Senior Human Resources Manager. Your role will be central in defining and implementing the HR strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives. You will be responsible for optimizing HR processes and developing a stimulating and high-performing work environment.

On a daily basis, your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and developing global HR policies (recruitment, compensation, training, social relations, talent management).
• Supporting managers in managing their teams and developing skills.
• Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance of HR practices.
• Managing relations with social partners.
• Implementing HR indicators to monitor performance and propose areas for improvement.
• Managing cross-functional HR projects aimed at improving organization and well-being at work.

You will lead key initiatives to make our company a top employer.

Required profile :

Your academic background will ideally include a degree of Master's degree and above, with a recognized specialization in HR, Personnel, or Training. This foundation of theoretical knowledge will be a major asset for understanding the complexity of HR challenges in our sector.

Significant professional experience of 10 to 20 years in generalist or specialized HR roles is expected. You have already held positions of responsibility, ideally in the energy or industry sector, and have mastered the various levers of human resources management.

To excel in this role, you have a solid understanding of the strategic issues related to talent management and social relations. You are recognized for your leadership, your analytical and synthesis skills, as well as your excellent interpersonal skills.
