Join a major player in the Food Industry as an Occupational Health and Safety Manager - Subsidiaries. Work in a dynamic environment at our sites in Agadir and Dakhla, where your expertise will be essential to ensure a safe and peaceful work environment.
Reporting to the Director of Subsidiaries, you will be responsible for deploying the Occupational Health and Safety policy within the Subsidiaries scope (International Nursery, Biobest, Azura Atlantic). You will lead the prevention approach, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to developing a true safety culture within the different entities.
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for implementing the Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment policy for the Subsidiaries scope.
Your academic background has led you to a Master's degree or higher, ideally in the fields of Production, Quality, Safety, Maintenance, or in professions related to Occupational Health and the Social field.
You have significant experience of 5 to 10 years in similar roles, ideally gained in the Food Industry sector, where you have developed a deep understanding of industrial challenges.
