Job :

We are looking for an After-Sales Service Manager in Casablanca whose missions will be:


• Manage and supervise after-sales service operations

• Ensure customer satisfaction by guaranteeing the quality and efficiency of services provided

• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex problems

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and service standards

• Manage the administrative and financial aspects of the after-sales service

• Train and develop the team's skills, etc...
 


Required profile :

Holder of a State Engineer degree or equivalent in:

  • Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering..., with a first successful experience in a similar role, ideally acquired in the automotive sector.
