ORH Assessment is helping one of its clients, a well-known player in the distribution of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), recruit its Trade Marketing Manager (position based in Agadir)


 

Job :

Reporting to management, you will be the link between marketing, sales, and the field. Your role is to deploy and manage Trade Marketing plans in the field, monitor the performance of distribution networks, and contribute to the growth of sales and brand visibility.

Your tasks:

  • Commercial deployment: implement the activation plan and growth plans by channel and by region, in coordination with the sales teams.
  • Secondary sales monitoring: monitor the performance of depots, distributors, and wholesalers, analyze product rotations, and propose actions to improve product sales.
  • Promotional plan: participate in the creation of promotional operations, ensure their deployment and monitoring (volumes, performance, post-operation reviews).
  • Merchandising & field execution: apply merchandising standards, deploy point-of-sale visibility tools, and ensure quality of execution.
  • Channel development: support sales development in the traditional channel (wholesalers, retailers) and assist regional partners.
  • Launches: participate in the deployment of new products (distribution, visibility, follow-up).
  • Sales force support: develop sales support tools and assist the teams in the field.
  • Reporting: update performance tracking dashboards and report field trends.

Required profile :

  • Education: Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in Commerce, Marketing, or Management.
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years in Trade Marketing, operational marketing, or business development, ideally in FMCG distribution.
  • Good knowledge of traditional and modern sales channels.
  • Field-oriented, rigorous, analytical mind, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Regional mobility appreciated.
