As part of our development, we are recruiting a Run Manager.

Functions and responsibilities
Management and supervision of Infrastructure Support activities
Management of the request backlog
Monitoring of compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Ensuring efficient processing of assigned tickets
Analysis and impact identification
Identification of at-risk business processes and definition of supervision needs
Leading a continuous improvement initiative
Quick identification of recurring tickets
Assistance, support, orientation, and guidance for CloudOps teams in using support tools
Listening to user complaints and alerting product lines to encountered anomalies
Providing knowledge sheets on services and applications

Required profile :

Qualities required to succeed in this role
Master's degree (engineering school or university) in IT, or equivalent experience
Less than 3 years of experience in Service management / Run management.
ITIL certification
English language required
IT infrastructure knowledge
