Wholesale

A division that manages the marketing of our brands wholesale and in structured distribution throughout the Kingdom. Our wholesale teams develop and manage a network of partners; pharmacies, perfumeries, modern trade, to ensure the presence, visibility, and turnover of our brands: Flormar, Dr. Clinic, a consumer brand for face, body, and hair care, and The Purest Solutions, a brand of clinical care with strong dermatological credibility.

E-commerce

A rapidly growing digital channel, fully integrated into the group's omnichannel strategy, between our websites and marketplaces, offering all our brands to Moroccan consumers with a fluid and modern purchasing experience.

Job :

We are hiring a B2B Sales Manager to support the development of our Wholesale division and accelerate our expansion in the cosmetics and dermocosmetics market.

A key role for an ambitious profile, field-oriented and performance-driven, capable of structuring, developing, and promoting our distribution network nationwide.

Your missions:

 • Define and deploy the national sales strategy

 • Manage and develop a field sales team

 • Develop the client portfolio and strategic partnerships

 • Ensure coverage of territories and identify business opportunities

 • Drive performance and guarantee the achievement of objectives


Required profile :

Profile sought:

  Proven experience in B2B sales management

  Knowledge of the cosmetics / dermocosmetics / pharmacy / parapharmacy / perfumery sectors

  Strong leadership, field-oriented mindset, and results-driven culture

  Excellent negotiation and network development skills
