OPPO is recruiting a Sales Manager (M/F) - Eastern Region (Fes & Oujda)

As part of its expansion in the Moroccan market, OPPO is recruiting a Sales Manager to lead the commercial development of the Eastern region (Fes & Oujda) and strengthen the performance of its distribution network.

Main tasks:

• Define and implement OPPO's commercial strategy in the Eastern region of Morocco.
• Develop and manage the distribution network (wholesalers, retailers, operators).
• Ensure sales growth and increase market share.
• Manage, motivate, and support field teams (Sales representatives, Brand ambassadors).
• Monitor commercial performance and implement appropriate action plans.
• Ensure excellent brand visibility at points of sale.
• Analyze the market, competition, and report field insights to management.


Required profile :

• Bachelor's degree to Master's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience, ideally in the 3C / mobile phone / consumer electronics sector.
• Good knowledge of the Moroccan market, particularly the Eastern region.
• Excellent negotiation and business development skills.
• Leadership, autonomy, and strong results orientation.
• French: fluent (required)
• English: good professional level (required)
