Scrum Master (M/F) - Casablanca

For one of our projects, we are looking for a Scrum Master profile, to ensure the following tasks: 

Job :

• Manage a development team in their quest for value to meet stakeholder expectations by facilitating daily meetings, sprint planning, sprint demonstration, and retrospective meetings.
• Guide the team on self-organization to fully realize the potential of Agile / Scrum frameworks.
• Assess the Scrum maturity of the team and the organization, and train the team to higher levels of maturity, at a sustainable and comfortable pace for the team and the organization.
• Build an environment of trust and safety by focusing on problem-solving.
• Work with teams to identify, assign, and manage risk reduction and problem-solving actions.
• Prepare and present status reports.
• Ensure high standards of code design and quality at all times.

Required profile :

• With a Master's degree (Bac+5), from a top computer science school 
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position 
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Team management experience is highly desirable 
• Open-mindedness and ability to interact with different levels of people with diverse skills is a major asset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence.
• Very good level of English
