Job :

The Scrum Master supports the development teams in the Client & Market domain (Retail, E-commerce, Client Engagement, Customer Services, Omnichannel) in applying Agile methods and the Scrum framework.

He/She facilitates the organization and collaboration of the teams to ensure the continuous delivery of business value, while ensuring the application of Agile best practices.

The position is in an international environment, with teams distributed across several countries and time zones.

Agile Facilitation and Team Coaching

- Support the teams in applying Agile values and principles.

- Promote self-organization and continuous improvement.

- Train and support team members on Scrum practices.

- Ensure compliance with Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, and Working Agreements.

Organization of Scrum Ceremonies

- Organize and lead Agile ceremonies:

• Daily Stand-up
• Sprint Planning
• Backlog Refinement
• Sprint Review
• Sprint Retrospective

- Ensure the proper preparation and smooth running of these rituals.

Backlog Management and Planning

- Support the Product Owner and Tech Team Lead in managing and prioritizing the backlog.

- Ensure that the backlog is clear, prioritized, and ready for sprints.

- Contribute to release planning and defining the scope of deliveries.

Agile Performance Monitoring

- Track Agile indicators (velocity, burndown chart, sprint progress).

- Analyze performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure transparency on work progress.

Obstacle Management and Coordination

- Identify and remove impediments blocking the team.

- Protect the team from interruptions or external requests.

- Foster communication between teams and stakeholders.

- Participate in Scrum of Scrums to ensure coordination between teams.

Contribution to the Agile Community

- Participate in the company's Agile communities of practice.

- Contribute to the improvement of Agile methods and processes.

- Support the preparation of Quarterly Alignment Days.

Required profile :

• Master's degree in computer science with 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software projects.
• Experience in large-scale e-commerce or digital projects.
• Experience in international and distributed environments.

Required Skills

• Mastery of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Agile engineering practices (CI/CD, TDD, ATDD).
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to communicate with technical and business teams.
