The main goal of this role is to ensure an exceptional customer experience, making sure every interaction is smooth, efficient, and positive. You will be the face and voice of our company, playing a crucial role in keeping our customers loyal.

Your daily tasks will include handling customer requests by phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for processing complaints, providing information about our products and services, and coordinating with internal teams to solve problems. You will also help to continuously improve our customer service processes.

• Welcoming and guiding customers

Required profile :

A Bac +2 diploma (equivalent to a 2-year associate's degree) in Executive Assistant or General Services is required for this position.

First professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role is expected. This experience should have helped you develop a strong sense of service and a good understanding of customer expectations.

Essential skills for success in this role include excellent oral and written communication, great empathy, and the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently. Good command of computer tools and customer relationship management software is also an advantage.
