Join our dynamic team as a SOURCER / TALENT SOURCER in Casablanca. In a fast-growing environment, your role will be essential in identifying and attracting top talent.

Your main goal will be to build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates, anticipating our clients' future needs and ensuring optimal coverage of open positions. You will thus directly contribute to the success of our recruitment missions.

Your responsibilities will include defining the most relevant sourcing strategies, actively searching for profiles on various platforms (job boards, professional social networks, internal databases), and conducting telephone pre-qualification of candidates. You will also be involved in updating and enriching our candidate management tools.

• Define and implement innovative sourcing strategies
• Identify and contact potential candidates through various channels.
• Ensure a first evaluation of received applications.
• Maintain and develop our talent database.

Required profile :

A Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required, ideally in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Training.

Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in similar sourcing or recruitment roles would be a major asset for success in this position.

To excel in this role, excellent command of research and sourcing techniques is essential. Proven communication skills and a strong sense of organization will also be determining factors. Proficiency with computer tools and online recruitment platforms is expected.
