Job :

The passionate and innovative Artificial Intelligence Specialist will be able to design and deploy advanced solutions while mastering the technical and ethical challenges of AI. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in developing, optimizing, and deploying AI models.

Main responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions adapted to strategic and operational needs.
• Identify and propose improvements to existing systems using AI.
• Ensure the robustness and scalability of models through rigorous testing and validation.
• Conduct in-depth studies on algorithmic biases and propose innovative solutions to reduce them.
• Ensure technological watch and anticipate trends in the field of AI.
• Document processes and support internal teams in the adoption of developed solutions.

Required profile :

Profile sought

- Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering, AI, or software development

Required experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the field of AI, including development and deployment projects.
• Proven success in optimizing and deploying large-scale AI solutions.

Required technical skills:

• Programming expertise (Python mandatory; C or Java is a plus).
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with data management and processing tools (SQL, pandas, Spark).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for model deployment and management.
• Strong knowledge of applied mathematics (statistics, linear algebra) and optimization.
• Ability to implement MLOps pipelines for end-to-end AI project management.
