Job :
Within the project, your main tasks will include:
Lead proofreading meetings to review and validate specifications.
Ensure alignment and convergence between designers and specifiers.
Validate the quality of specifications to guarantee readiness for proofreading.
Create and manage proofreading activities, including task assignment to architects.
Formalize decisions by sending official communications after validation.
Monitor progress and generate weekly and monthly KPIs for stakeholders
Animate and participate in regular meetings (change management, bottleneck tracking, activity follow-up).
Negotiate delivery timelines with project leaders and architects.
Create and track ACRAs within Cerebro.
Provide support during defect management meetings and contribute to issue resolution.
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and coordination between teams.
Required profile :
Strong experience in coordination, quality assurance, and specification management.
Proven ability to lead meetings and drive convergence between multiple stakeholders (designers, specifiers, architects).
Good understanding of proofreading and validation processes for technical specifications.
Experience in activity planning, task assignment, and deadline management.
Ability to generate and analyze KPIs (weekly/monthly performance tracking).
Experience with tools such as Cerebro for activity and ACRA management is a plus.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to formalize decisions through clear and official reporting.
Ability to manage priorities and negotiate delivery timelines.
Experience in defect management and issue tracking processes.
Strong organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
