Your missions:

Recruitment

Participate in recruitment activities: sourcing, writing and publishing offers, pre-selecting candidates, and coordinating interviews.

Internship Management

- Manage internships from start to finish, from identifying the need to the end of the internship (recruitment, candidate tracking, coordination with managers, onboarding, and support for interns).
- Handle administrative files for interns: agreements, certificates, file tracking, and other internship-related documents.

HR Development

- Contribute to HR development projects, particularly in digitalization and e-learning.
- Participate in internal communication actions and employer branding initiatives.
- Provide support for various HR projects based on team priorities.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

- Student pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree (Bac+4/Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR development.
- Good communication, organization, and writing skills.
- Initiative, rigor, and a sense of confidentiality.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of Canva or Microsoft 365 is a plus.
